My name is Shantell Harpole, I am a certified massage therapist. My training and education has been a mixture of various massage techniques through Ridgewater College in Hutchinson, MN. As I embark on this exciting journey, I am committed to continuously expanding my offerings to better serve you. Currently, I am the only dedicated full-time therapist through Emerald Oasis Massage. However I would like to provide you with an exceptional massage experience and EOM is eager to collaborate with additional therapists to accommodate groups, events, or couples massages. To guarantee the best possible experience, I kindly ask you to provide ample notice when booking your next session.
You are invited to explore in the range of services offered and welcome you to stay tuned for new and exciting offerings on the horizon! I am here to answer any questions or address any concerns you may have, I am happy to help you schedule a relaxing in-home session at your convenience.
To ensure a smooth experience, please take note of EOM's cancellation policy. It is aimed to be flexible for the client. To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your session. Any cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a non-refundable travel fee of $25. Please note that no-shows will result in a charge of half the scheduled session cost. If you need to make any changes, we kindly ask that you contact us as soon as possible. The cancellation fee will be collected when you book your appointment.
